What tends to be missing is the time and headspace to actually do something with it.
I speak to so many business owners who already know they need to update their website, start sending newsletters, create a lead magnet or launch a new idea they've been thinking about for months. It's not that they don't know how. They're simply trying to fit those things around serving clients, managing enquiries, keeping up with admin and everything else that comes with running a business.
The result is that projects get pushed back, good ideas sit unfinished and the to-do list keeps getting longer.
That's why I believe most businesses don't need more information. They need practical support to help turn ideas into completed projects and keep things moving forward.
A little about my background
Before starting Norfolk's Virtual PA, I spent over ten years working remotely supporting one business owner behind the scenes.
When Covid happened, I decided it was time to take everything I'd learned and build something of my own.
I didn't set out to create a big agency or complicated business. I simply wanted to help other business owners in the same way I'd been helping behind the scenes for years.
And that's still very much how I work today.
A few things about me
I'm Norfolk born and bred and still live and work here today, supporting businesses both locally and across the UK.
My background combines creativity and practical business support. I studied Visual Studies at Norwich University of the Arts, where I learned the importance of clear communication, purposeful design and understanding how people engage with information. Those principles still shape much of the work I do today.
Alongside that, I've spent more than ten years supporting business owners behind the scenes. During that time, I've learned that most businesses don't need more ideas, they need clear priorities, practical support and someone to help keep things moving forward.
Today, my work brings those two worlds together: creative thinking and practical implementation.
And if we ever have a call together, there's a fair chance my dog Weaver will make a brief appearance too.
