Website, Digital Resources & Ongoing Business Support
Helping a fundraising consultant turn ideas into action with a new website, digital resources, newsletters and ongoing support.
Claire had already worked with a branding specialist and had a visual identity she loved.
The first project we worked on together was a new website. Before starting the design, I spent time reviewing her existing branding, social media and marketing materials to ensure the website felt like a natural extension of the business she had already built.
Once the website was live, our work didn't stop there.
What began as a website project quickly evolved into ongoing support across several areas of the business.
Alongside maintaining and updating the website, I helped set up Claire's digital product shop, created graphics for social media, supported her bi-weekly newsletter and assisted with the many small tasks that often sit on a business owner's to-do list for far too long.
Having ongoing support meant ideas could be implemented quickly without Claire having to find additional hours in an already busy week.
One thing I've noticed working with small business owners is that launching a website is often the easy part.
The challenge comes afterwards.
New ideas, downloadable resources, newsletters, website updates and marketing all require time and attention. Without support, those projects can quickly end up sitting on a list of "things I'll get around to eventually".
For Claire, having ongoing support meant there was someone behind the scenes helping turn ideas into completed projects.
Today, Claire has more than just a website.
She has a platform that continues to grow alongside her business, supported by regular website updates, digital resources, newsletters and marketing materials.
What started as a one-off project developed into an ongoing partnership focused on keeping things moving forward.

"I approached Patience to support me to develop a website for my small business - a job I had been putting off for ages as I just couldn't find the time!
Patience was so easy to work with and squirrelled away behind the scenes to get it done - involving me when she needed me, and simply cracking on with it when she didn't.
The end result far exceeds my expectations and is so much better than I could have done myself, and in far less time!
I'm off now to make a list of all the other things she could help me get off my to-do list"
The website was the starting point, not the finish line.
Many business owners don't struggle with ideas. They struggle with finding the time to turn those ideas into reality. Whether it's updating a website, creating resources, sending newsletters or tackling the jobs that never quite make it to the top of the list, ongoing support can help keep things moving forward.
If you're looking for practical support behind the scenes, I'd be happy to have a chat.
